
Refund and store credit policy
Quality guarantee: We take great pride in the quality of our desserts, which are made fresh to order using the finest and freshest ingredients. We do not offer refunds or credits for products that a customer simply does not like or for subjective reasons like taste or texture, unless the product does not meet our quality standards. Quality is determined at the sole discretion of Sweet Shenanigans Custom Desserts. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
Eligibility for refunds or store credit
For quality defects
If you find a defect in your dessert, you must return the uneaten portion within 24 hours of delivery. Upon review, if we determine the quality does not meet our standards, we may offer a proportionate refund or store credit. We will not issue a refund for products that have been completely consumed.
For order errors
If you received an order that is different from your receipt, please notify us immediately. If the mistake was ours, you can return the incorrect item in its original, untampered container for a replacement or a store credit. A refund will not be offered if a significant portion of the item has been consumed.
For cancellations
Cancellations may be eligible for store credit or refund depending on the timing of your request. Orders cancelled with less than 7 days' notice are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
Non-refundable items
Customer dissatisfaction based on taste
We do not offer refunds for issues of taste or flavor.
Damage after pickup/delivery
We are not responsible for any damage that occurs to the product once it has been delivered.
No-shows
Orders that cannot be delivered due to the customer not being present or available at the agreed-upon date and time, and if we are unable to reach you after a reasonable effort, will be charged in full and are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
How to request a refund or store credit
Email us
To initiate a request for a refund or store credit, please contact us by email within 24 hours of receiving your order to report the issue. You may be required to fill out a product return form and provide photos of the product.
