Ordering

Fill out one of our order inquiry forms to place an order. We will send you an invoice via email within 24-36 hours of your inquiry. If we have any questions about your order, or if the date and/or time you have chosen is unavailable, we will respond via email within 24 hours to confirm order details or to provide alternative options for date and/or time of delivery.

It is highly recommended that you read through all of our policies before placing an order with us. These can be found through the "Policies" tab on the main menu. By placing an order with Sweet Shenanigans Custom Desserts, you agree to all policies listed on our website.

General Order inquiries are for basic, non-customized orders, and require a 7 day notice. These consist of options from our Sweet Treats menu. Full payment is due at the time the invoice is sent. Orders will not be confirmed until the invoice has been paid in full.

Custom Cake Order inquiries are for single tiered cakes, and require a 2 week notice. We offer round, square, and sheet cakes. Please be as descriptive as possible in your inquiry form so that we may provide an accurate quote for your order. If you have photos for inspiration, you can upload them to the form. Full payment is due at the time the invoice is sent. Orders will not be confirmed until the invoice has been paid in full.

Custom Cupcake Order inquiries are for standard sized and/or mini cupcakes, and require a 7 day notice. Please be as descriptive as possible in your inquiry form so that we may provide an accurate quote for your order. If you have photos for inspiration, you can upload them to the form. Full payment is due at the time the invoice is sent. Orders will not be confirmed until the invoice has been paid in full.

Custom Tiered Cake Order inquiries are for tiered (stacked) cakes, and require a 4 week notice. Tiered cakes are available with round or square cakes. Please be as descriptive as possible in your inquiry form so that we may provide an accurate quote for your order. If you have photos for inspiration, you can upload them to the form. A contract will be sent with your invoice that can be viewed and signed electronically. Custom Tiered Cake Orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm and secure your order and date. Orders will not be accepted until the deposit has been paid and the contract has been signed. The remaining balance will be due 7 days before the delivery date. Orders that are not paid in full within this time frame are subject to cancellation and your deposit will not be refunded.

Catering Order inquiries are for larger, multiple option dessert spreads, and require a 4 week notice. These are typically for events that will have 75-100 guests or more. You can choose multiple options from our Sweet Treats menu, as well as adding a single tiered cake or cupcakes to your order. We also offer equipment rentals for display options. A contract will be sent with your invoice that can be viewed and signed electronically. Catering Orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm and secure your order and date. Orders will not be accepted until the deposit has been paid and the contract has been signed. The remaining balance will be due 7 days before the event date. Orders that are not paid in full within this time frame are subject to cancellation and your deposit will not be refunded.
