​I specialize in handcrafted cakes and small-batch desserts that celebrate life's sweetest moments. Each dessert is thoughtfully designed with premium ingredients, refined flavors, and a touch of artistry - because every occasion deserves to be a little extraordinary. Whether it's a birthday, wedding, or just a special treat, my goal is to create desserts that delight both the eyes and the palate.

​My passion for crafting delightful treats started in high school in south west Florida, where I first fell in love with desserts. After graduation, I gained experience working at different bakeries and had a life-changing year as a pastry cook at a Ritz Carlton beach resort, learning from a skilled french pastry chef. Then, my husband and I relocated to North Carolina where I became the head cake decorator at a local bakery. I also spent some time as a cake decorating instructor. After a few years, my life changed course and I entered the world of restaurant management. My 4 years as a manager for a popular large chain restaurant taught me so much and gave me the skills and knowledge needed to take the next step in my pastry journey. Now, I'm taking my rich background in both baking and restaurant management, and launching my very own home based bakery business.
